Fr. Baptist Appointed Episcopal Vicar for Udupi

UDUPI, June 5, 2007 (KCNews.org): Rev Fr. Baptist Menezes has been named Episcopal Vicar for Udupi region comprising of Udupi, Kallianpur and Kundapur Deaneries (Varados) of Mangalore Diocese. He will take charge from July 7, 2007.

Fr. Baptist, director of Father Muller Charitable Institutions, Mangalore will take over the post from V. Rev. Dr. Valerian D'Souza (Sr) currently also serving as the Parish Priest of St. Lawrence Church, Moodubelle.
